Maple Tour
The maple tour was great. For those that were unable to attend, the tour demonstrated how maple syrup production fits in with a wide array of other farming activities. In addition to dairy farming, which has a great historic association with maple, numerous other businesses such as berries, pumpkins, beef, specialty crops and even bus driving (???) were combined with maple. And as with any good field tour, we were well-fed. Next year, Endless Mountains is doing the Maple Tour. Try to attend, it is a great time.
